All right, this is Ken Blevins. This is Metrowest Real Estate, Metrowest Rent To Own, MetrowestRTO.com. I’m coming at you today from Arvada, Colorado. This is a great little neighborhood here, just off of Wadsworth and 88th area. There is the home. And so this when it’s done will be a three-bedroom, three-bath, just under 2,300 square feet. You’ve got a downstairs family area in addition to also a basement, full basement, as well, in this home. So, go in here and check it out. It’s not complete yet. I’m trying to get in early because these do go so quickly. And this will be ready on March 1st. So, we’ve got two weeks before this is ready.

Look here, you can see a nice big open kitchen, loops around into that family room. And then the three bedrooms and three baths are upstairs. So, you’ve got a big kitchen area here. A kitchen/dining table would fit nicely here, and then, again, a big family room here. And I just want to show you this real quickly here off of the kitchen.
