Household works with Metrowest Real Estate to find a qualified home (over 1,200 in Denver metro)
Buyer Partner purchases the qualified home, household leases home back.
Household has the right to purchase the home (for 1 to 5 years), but no obligation to buy.

Basic Requirements to Qualify

Annual household income of $85,000+
Minimum Credit Score 580
Rental rates starting at $2,000 per month
Stable employment
No history of eviction or other landlord issues
No pending bankruptcy
No disqualifying criminal history
