  1. Prospective Household applies for approval.
  2. Household works with Metrowest Real Estate to find a qualified home (over 1,500 in Denver metro)
  3. Buyer Partner purchases the qualified home, household leases home back.
  4.  Household has the right to purchase the home (for 1 to 5 years), but no obligation to buy.

Basic Requirements to Qualify Rent To Own

  • Annual household income of $65,000+
  • Minimum Credit Score 620
  • Rental rates starting at $2,000 per month
  • Stable employment
  • No history of eviction or other landlord issues
  • No pending bankruptcy
  • No disqualifying criminal history
