You can also get into these homes for as little as two-months security deposit. So, if you don’t have a large down payment and need to save up for that, you can move into one of these. As you rent, you’ve got five years to execute that option to buy. And in Colorado, that’s the best way to go because the price appreciation is going up every year, anywhere from 9, 10, 12% in this market. So, buy now, bank in that price appreciation, or rent now, I should say, with that five-year option to buy.So, all the programs include anything from escalators to rent credits.
